How long does it take to ship my order?
In Stock products ship within 24 hours or the next business day from the time of purchase.
Inventory paintings (not in stock) ship within 14 days from time of purchase.
Custom Ordered paintings ship within 4 weeks from the time of purchase.

Who do you use for your shipping?
We use DHL since they are the most prominent shipper worldwide.

Please Note: Only physical addresses are accepted. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Are there additional costs to import art products into my country?
1st Art Club does not charge you any additional fee...no hidden fees, no hidden charges.
However local import taxes and tariffs exist in some countries. These tariffs or taxes vary from country to country and apply in some cases. Please contact your local tax authorities who will be able to provide you with exact information regarding these import tariffs or taxes.

Can I trace and track my order?
Yes, as a standard procedure we send, after each order that leaves our warehouse, a shipment confirmation to the customer's email address which contains the information how to trace & track the shipment.
